The parish is, first, a people. Simply stated, it is a people called together by God. It is a people empowered by the Spirit to make increasingly true and obvious their response to God through Christ.
Open to all ages and fitness levels, we especially invite our more senior ladies. Our focus will be on balance, flexibility, endurance and strengthening. Exercises will be gentle and we will monitor blood pressure and heart rate at each class.

WELCOME TO SACRED HEART PARISH
Thank you for visiting the Sacred Heart Parish website.
We hope your visit to our website will be a blessing.
It is my honor to serve as the Pastor of Sacred Heart Parish, and serve the Lord with a fine group of people. We work together to praise God, grow in our Catholic faith, and evangelize those eager to know and understand more about God. Our prayer is for people to know Jesus as their Savior and become involved in a parish that cares for them. If you seek to know Jesus, then please visit the many ways you can grow in your love of God.
We have active organizations that provide something here for everyone, whether you have a special interest in religious education, youth, adult education, Christian Service opportunities and outreach, or social activities. First and foremost, we gather to love and serve God, and love and serve one another.
Sacred Heart Parish is a community where all belong in the embrace of Jesus. Regardless of who you are or where you come from, you are welcomed here. Please accept my invitation to pray and grow spiritually.
To register, please contact the parish office or fill out our online form. The office phone number is (530) 365-8573.
Join us as we explore God’s word together through Sunday Mass and Christ-centered faith formation of adults and children. Our world is in need of hope. We have found hope through God’s message of good news and through serving others. Our church supports ministries that bring hope to others. Some are helping the poor among us, as well as those with needs that have a global emphasis. Come and grow in hope with us.
We seek to grow in love. Jesus said that the greatest commandments are to love God and to love our neighbor. Our desire is to grow in these important relationships based upon love.
We are joyful when we are growing in faith, hope, and love. Please join us on this important journey.
As we end the three-year Eucharistic Revival and begin the Jubilee Year of Hope, the Eucharistic Revival Committee is excited to host a showcase of Parish Creations to express the love for the Eucharistic Jesus in the talents of Sacred Heart parishioners!
Everyone is invited to participate in “Parish Creations, The Beauty of the Eucharistic Jesus” event scheduled for March 8, 2025.
The theme, “The Beauty of the Eucharistic Jesus” is to help those wanting to participate begin envisioning what to create. Some might consider a painting, others a poem, or a song; the sky is the limit and all creations are welcome!
This is not a contest! We do however, need those interested in participating to submit a registration form (click on the title above for the registration form) to help the committee plan the space needed for the showcase.
Please contact one of the committee members if you have questions: Tom Jedrzejewicz, Michele Zollars, Ellen Gutierrez, Kristin Turner, Renae Magaña.
